| Not sure if any one looks at the forums anymore, but i have this terrible lag in lms just one moment im walking and the little bar shoots up yellow like crazy, then lags then goes to a simple smooth green bar. I dont no whats going on. Im reinstalling doom 3 maybe that would fix it. Anyone now whats wrong or how i can fix it? |

| Yes i have. All the way down to low qulity. Theres still a lag. i did a timedemo test on high settings shadows off. I got a fps of 74. Pretty good. Then i go to play lms and the little bar download. It stays a steddy green then you see the lag symble then yellow jumps al over the place. Then back to normal. The lag is really frequent. I hate that. |

| Do these lag spikes happen throughout the game, or does it only occur during certain maps? |

cutdown on the amount of background processes and also applications
you can try turning ragdolls off and setting your netrate
yellow spikes is usually the cpu working harder then usually serverside
