I have exactly the same problem.
I run LMS mod by the shortcut of my desktop
LMS mod is running...
When I come in Multiplayer menu, I can't choose another gametype than deathmatc (it's written exactly like that).
So it's impossible to play sp coop map in singleplayer, because there is no way choose a gametype, and "sp coop" isn't specified anywhere in the single player party's selection.
I know that I have to run yhe mod and that LMS don't modifie Doom 3 itself.
I have looking for an answer at this problem everywhere, please help _________________ The pendulum swings semi-attached to the center of all

I find an answer at my problem.
I can run sp coop, by setting it directly in the menu of the game, when I launch an LMS mod game, after that I can disconnect, then I am able to choose a map in sp coop.
But if I will change the gametype, he set me "deathmatc", and impossible to change.
Is it a bug ?
Is it release somewhere in that forum I am sorry to flood _________________ The pendulum swings semi-attached to the center of all

If you are only seeing a gametype of Deathmatch then it sounds like you are not loading the mod but just running regular Doom3. Does your multiplayer screen look like this: http://72.226.230.127:4137/pics/multiplayer.jpg
If not then you are not loading LMS correctly. Our multiplayer menu will not display servers running a gametype of "deathmatch". Make sure you check out the FAQ and make sure you don't have any extra pk4 files in your base folder.

| First of all, you will recieve better and more willing aid if you just please calm down a bit. Can you give us a screenshot of the issue you are facing? Your description is a tad difficult to understand; fair enough since your profile says you live in France so we can assume you speak French and not much English. Because we seem to have a bit of a language barrier, it would be easier for us to help if we had an image of what is happening or a more thorough, step-by-step description of the problem. |

Along with what XxLaVaxX said, the Coops are not enabled in singleplayer, only through servers, both LAN and internet. _________________ -lmsAlucard

I do not want to be malicious (google trad), but as we say in french : mais quel bande de boulets !
Vertical_Zer0 -> I can't post screenshot, because I am unable to post pics on an url, I will maybe send a picture to someone if it's possible.
My problem isn't difficult to understand, since I have clearly understand that 2 persons had exactly the same problem as me, and the only answer that they have is that they run LMS unproperly.
For a middle confirmed old pc gamer as me it's a kind of insult, sorry. _________________ The pendulum swings semi-attached to the center of all

Okay, now I can see what you're talking about here. You might have a problem with some .pk4 files; have you tried re-installing DooM 3 and LMS? It looks like something may have gotten screwed up somewhere in the installation process.
By the way, which OS and which installer are you using? Windows, Multiplatform, or OSX? |

I believe that we have fixed his problem. He came on the IRC and after I told him how to make a console log and send it to me I saw that he had 18 extra pk4 files in his base folder. That is why it is very important to READ THE FAQ. We did not create that information just to take up space, it has useful information in it. Maybe Burn knows of a way to have a message pop-up when someone is going to make a new post in this forum that says "Did you read the FAQ?" I am also trying to figure out a way for the windows installer to detect if there are extra pk4 files in the base folder during installation.

Hobbes is totally correct. I hate when people start to get pissed at us due to their own idiocy and laziness. _________________ -MercyKiller |

The windows installer for the next release will check the base folder for extra PK4 files. If it finds any, it will list the names and tell them that they need to be removed. Hopefully this will reduce the number problems created by people putting files in the base folder. I looked at trying to have the game check for them when the mod was loaded but did not see a way to do that.
