Why would you cycle the walking animation for swimming? You could use whatever animation that the player gets from noclipping.

BurN's still working on skinning the boat. However, I'm not entirely sure this will make it into 2.0...3.0 most definitely. Rest assured, it will be extra cool to compensate for the amount of development time.
